McKee Homes is excited to announce our Show Home Challenge! Over the next few months, we’ll be unveiling 7 brand-new show homes (keep an eye out for release dates and clues). McKee Homes Contest Official Rules and Regulations
- Contest Overview
1.1 The “McKee Homes 7-7-7 Challenge” (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) is organized by McKee Homes (the “Organizer”). 1.2 The Contest is open to residents of Alberta, Canada, who meet the eligibility requirements outlined below.
- Eligibility
2.1 The Contest is open to legal residents of Alberta who have reached the age of majority at the time of entry. 2.2 Employees, representatives, and agents of McKee Homes, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members or individuals residing in the same household are not eligible to enter.
- Contest Entry
3.1 No purchase necessary to enter or win. 3.2 Participants must complete the following steps to enter:
- Follow the McKee Homes social media channels on Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, or Twitter, and send their contact information and guesses to sales.info@mckeehomes.com or DM us on Instagram. You must prove you have visited 3 of our new show homes in order to win. (Image of you in the show home) 3.3 Multiple entries per person are permitted.
- Contest Period
4.1 The Contest begins on September 1st at 8:00AM and ends on February 28th 12:00PM. 4.2 Entries submitted after the Contest Period will not be accepted.
- Prizes
5.1 The first 3 winners will each win a $700 Gift Card. The following 4 winners will each win a $100 gift card. 5.2 Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. 5.3 The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
- Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 The winner(s) will be selected in order of submission from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. 6.2 The announcement will take place on October 23 at one of our Show home locations. 6.3 The winner(s) will be contacted by email, phone, or DM within 2 days of the announcement date. 6.4 If the winner(s) cannot be contacted within 5 days, or if the prize is not claimed within 10 days, the winner(s) will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.
- General Conditions
7.1 By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Organizer, which are final and binding. 7.2 The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or engages in fraudulent activity. 7.3 The Organizer is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
- Privacy
8.1 By entering the Contest, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Contest and in accordance with McKee Homes’ privacy policy. 8.2 Personal information will not be shared with third parties without the entrant’s consent, except as necessary for the administration of the Contest.
- Limitation of Liability
9.1 The Organizer, its affiliates, and its agents are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from the entrant’s participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. 9.2 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.
- Governing Law
10.1 The Contest and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. 10.2 Any disputes arising in connection with the Contest will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Alberta.
