Carstairs is a small community just a short 30 minute drive north of Airdrie. The town is dedicated to creating a thriving community with an abundance of recreational and cultural services. Carstairs hosts events throughout the year in order to promote community spirit, events such as the Annual Neighborhood Party, Annual Drive In Movie, Annual Christmas Craft Market, and much more. While Carstairs continues to grow their beautiful community, they have still maintained their authentic roots with many parks, green spaces and walking paths. The community also is the home of two schools, a sports facility, golf club, rodeo grounds, heritage centre, and multiple other facilities and venues.
